Ordering Information
To ensure that everything reaches you in perfect condition, we pack all orders with a lot of love and care in sturdy boxes.
If an order arrives damaged, we ask you to send a message to confiserie@suesseseck.at including all information and a photo and we will take care of it immediately.
During the ordering process, we also ask you for your telephone number - this will only be used for possible queries regarding your order.
We deliver within Austria and to all EU countries in Europe.
SHIPPING
Austria:
Up to an order value of €50 we charge €5.80 (€5.28 + 10% VAT) shipping costs.
From an order value of € 50 we do not charge shipping costs.
If you pick it up in one of our branches (by appointment), we do not charge any shipping costs.
EU countries incl. Germany:
We charge € 20.00 for shipping costs. The package will be sent as a standard package.
EU Countries - Express Shipping
There is also the possibility to send the package as an express package to the EU, former EMS system. The shipping costs for this are € 42.00 per delivery.
Delivery takes place within 2-4 working days.
Between March and October, we take the liberty of shipping orders received on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays on the next working day in order to ensure the particularly careful transport necessary for our products (heat).
If it is particularly important, please contact us directly.
Deliveries to other countries are of course possible - please contact us before ordering.
collection
There is the option of picking it up in one of our branches. In this case we will contact you by email as soon as the order is ready.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Orders can be paid by PayPal, credit card or offline bank transfer.
In the case of an order with offline transfer, we ask that you transfer the outstanding amount to the following account after placing the order:

As soon as we have received the payment, we will contact you with a confirmation and send the goodies.
PACKAGING
You can order all chocolates, truffles etc. individually.
Products that are already packaged, such as chocolate bars, are not additionally packaged.
Items that are offered in 100g or similar weights are packed in cellophane bags.
Liquorice is packed in paper or glassine bags.
Individually packed products such as Tartufo are shipped loose or packed together in a cellophane bag for larger quantities.
Truffles, marzipan and nougat pralines (can be ordered individually) are packed together in a cellophane bag.
